Advisory & Coaching
I work with a small number of CHROs and CEOs at a time, usually as a six-month partnership, as a trusted advisor through whatever they're transforming. Some of it is counsel in the room on the regenerating operating model, culture design or leadership team resolve. Some of it is coaching a leader one on one through the weight of the change.
Fractional CPO
Once or twice a year, when the moment truly calls for it, I step in and lead the people work directly as a fractional or interim CHRO. It's for companies in the thick of a transformation that need a steady, senior hand at the top for a season, not a permanent hire.
